We did it just to taste, but here is some measurements to help

4-5 Soaked Figs
1 Plum
3 small peaches
1 small apple
1 kiwi
2 very ripe bananas
1 cup of water
about 8 oz frozen blackberries
honey/agave to taste.

Blend everything. We loved it so did kids. NOTE: take off kids clothes , or you are in for some good laundry. :)
