Though considered small, the Courtlauld Gallery is one of the finest small museums in the world presenting the visitors with some of the most remarkable famous masterpieces including the works from Impressionist and Post - impressionist era. The collection includes the works ranging from as early as Gothic and Medival time to ending at the contemporary exhibits. Being a part of a famous London's Museum Mile , the Courtauld Gallery plays an important role in the capital's cultural life and is certainly worth booking a ticket for.

The Courtauld Gallery is located at Somerset House in the heart of London. Somerset House is a spectacular 18th century building on the banks of the Thames. Once the home of the Royal Academy of Art, the galleries are an elegant and intimate space in which to enjoy the collection.
